Imagos Capital is led by Matt Aitchison, a career real estate investor and operator.
Unlike traditional lenders who analyze deals solely from spreadsheets, Matt has owned, operated, and optimized the same asset types the Fund lends against.

The Fund is compensated by earning a spread between the returns generated by Fund capital and the contractual income paid to investors.
Matt Aitchison is a real estate investor, operator, and capital steward with experience spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality assets across the United States.
Over the course of his career, Matt has actively acquired, operated, and repositioned real estate across multiple asset classes, including retail shopping centers, medical office, boutique hotels, mobile home parks and residential investments. His background as an owner-operator provides a practical, ground-level understanding of asset performance, risk, and execution across market cycles.
Matt founded Imagos Capital to provide investors with access to disciplined, bank-style income strategies—built around structure, senior positioning, and risk management—without requiring investors to build lending infrastructure or operational teams themselves.
